1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Lesson Cancellations: Refunds for canceled lessons are available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed Lessons: Refunds are not provided for missed lessons without prior notice.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at cavecreekmusicacademy@gmail.com with your name, lesson details, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Any registration fees, material costs, or other purchases that are not lessons.

4. Time Frame

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your request. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
